CALL NOW

You will get your beef and hog cut to your specifications. Extra care is taken to ensure you are completely satisfied.

We add no fillers! We double wrap with clear poly and white butcher paper. Each package is labeled with your name and sacked for no charge if needed!

We double grind the ground beef and can age beef 14—21 days to break down muscle tissue to keep the meat tender (shorter if requested).

Our Process

Step 1

Schedule Your Slaughter

Slaughter is by appointment only, so we encourage customers to call early. We’ll walk you through timing, availability, and what to expect before you arrive.

Step 2

We Custom Cut Your Order

Your beef or hog is cut to your specifications. We take extra care during processing, add no fillers, and double-wrap every order using clear poly and white butcher paper.

Step 3

Pick Up When Ready

Once processing is complete, your order will be clearly labeled and ready for pickup. Beef may be aged 14–21 days for tenderness, with shorter aging available upon request.
